What do you do?
We are a full service, outsourced IT department. Our goal is to give you back time, focus, and flow. Whether it’s keeping your time happy and focused on what matters, to taking your IT tasks off your plate, and helping you to grow with technology supporting your business, we help businesses to thrive with IT working on their side.
Can You Tailor Managed IT Services Plans?
We sure can! We can tailor our services and some of our products to your needs; it’s as easy as getting in touch with us and we’ll be glad to help you with crafting the perfect package for your business.
What if I am only interested in one service? Do I need to sign up for everything?
Absolutely not! Your business doesn’t fit in a box, and neither do our services. You are welcome to sign up for all or just one service to suit whatever needs to have. We are always here for any additional support you might need in the future!

Definitely. We can’t promise you’ll lower your IT spending on the whole, especially if you’re getting IT support for the first time. But you will stand to save money in the form of saved time, hassle, and lower risk. While we’ll remove those unnecessary costs and drains on your business, you’re going to love how our IT services MAKE you money!

How long have you been doing this?
Sara Baker and Dennis Krohn Jr started SD Reliance Management, Inc in 2013. We now go by the names SD IT Support and SD Dental. Sara started her career in dentistry while in college, in 2002, working for Dr. J. Michael Thompson DDS in Goleta, CA. She has been working in an outsourced billing department capacity since 2006. Dennis has been an entrepreneur his entire life: he started a business with his father when he was 15, DDK Communications. He has been providing support to dental offices for over 20 years. Together, Sara and Dennis have built a company based on hard work, open communication, and a strong, loyal, skilled team. We love what we do!
